Who am I?
I have a strong academic and research background in international relations and political science. However, in the last two years I have applied myself to developing an understanding of how technology can be better applied to support society.
During this time, I have supported UK public sector organizations in the health, intelligence, housing, and energy industries by leading and implementing mixed and multi-method research activities to learn about user behavior and experiences; unpacking insights that impact the design and implementation of digital solutions.
From discovery to private beta, I produce high-quality user-experience outputs, including research briefs, insights reports, research artifacts, personas and user journey maps. This is while forging excellent relationship with stakeholders by effectively managing expectations and communicating project deliverables.
I foster a culture of collaboration within multi-disciplinary agile teams to make sense of research findings and iterate on new assumptions.
Through out my career, I have developed a track record of driving innovation across the public and private sectors and delivering impactful insights. My passion for understanding user needs and translating them into actionable business solutions has led to successful project outcomes and a reputation for excellence in user-centered design.

My latest book
With the increasing popularity of internationally acclaimed cultural outputs, including afrobeat, Nollywood, and charismatic Pentecostalism, and a foreign policy disposition that is altruistic and sparsely transactional, there is increasing interest in how these soft power attributes influence perceptions of Nigeria in Africa. Drawing on extensive original research in Ghana and Liberia, this book highlights the attractive and unattractive elements of Nigeria’s soft power potential. In so far as it makes the case for Nigeria’s soft power in West Africa, it also discusses the challenges encumbering the effective deployment of the full range of Nigeria’s soft power capabilities in the operationalization of its African policy.
